Grerks Thai operates its own Trade Skill Testing Center, located next to our Recruitment Center within the Grerks Thai complex. The Center is approved and licensed by the Ministry of Labour's Department of Skilled Development and is authorized to issue recognized Skill Test Certificates.

The Center has been recently re-developed and re-equipped to meet international standards and increase its capacity. It has all the facilities, tools and materials necessary to handle workers in large numbers together with an experienced and proficient team of training instructors/test supervisors.

Its main purpose is to conduct:-

PRE-TESTING to ensure workers offered for selection meet basic skill levels
SKILL TESTING to evaluate and assess candidates job performance for final selection
SKILL DEVELOPMENT to improve and upgrade worker skills to international industry standards
JOB TRAINING to prepare workers for their job duties in advance of arrival on-site
