Grerks Thai runs regular training courses to develop the worker job skills. These courses are basically intended for locally qualified tradesmen without experience on major projects or with international construction firms. The trainees skill level is raised to meet overseas requirements and they are given full training in modern work methods, techniques and use of tools and materials. Equally important, they are taught how to work under foreign supervision and meet their job and employment responsibilities.

A spin-off benefit of these courses is that Grerks Thai has a readily available pool of fully qualified, or soon to be qualified, tradesmen to meet urgent demand orders.
