Grerks Thai also arranges job training courses. These differ from the Skill Development Scheme in that the trainees are already selected by an employer and are held for that employer's workers. The course is held prior to departure while the processing & expatriation procedures are being finalized and is of varying durations. Courses tend to be more job/employer/project specific since more details are available regarding the employer's organization & methods, the project requirements and individual job responsibilities.
