ADVERTISING & APPLICATION - Grerks Thai will use whatever resources necessary, whether it be our manpower database, recruitment network or media advertising to attract a suitable number of qualified job applicants to ensure a reasonable job candidate/vacancy ratio.
SCREENING & PRE-QUALIFICATION - All applicants are screened to verify that they meet the employers candidate specifications. Only those meeting the criteria will be considered for selection.
INTERVIEW & TESTING - All candidates undergo personal interviews and appropriate skill tests to measure their suitability according to the employers requirements.
EVALUATION & SELECTION - Candidate assessment and selection may be left in our experienced hands, done indirectly after submitting a shortlist to the employer or the employer is welcome to visit us to conduct the entire selection process himself.
