ADVISORY SERVICES - We are pleased to provide employers with preliminary information such as wage scales, manpower availability or recruitment procedures prior to the employer placing any order with us.
RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTS - In order for us to commence the recruitment process Thai law requires us to have in our possession a set of "Recruitment Documents". We will assist employers in the preparation of these documents and verify they comply with legal requirements.
GOVERNMENT APPROVAL - Thai law is very strict concerning the export of labor. It can only be carried out by licensed recruitment agencies. The law further requires that government approval be given for each individual recruitment order. Grerks Thai will apply for and obtain this approval.
