MOBILIZATION - Workers are brought to the Grerks Thai compound where they are provided accommodation and food while they undergo the various expatriation steps.
PRE-DEPARTURE JOB TRAINING - Some employers find it useful for workers to receive some form of job training to better prepare them in advance of arrival. Grerks Thai can organize such training courses subject to agreement with the employer.
IN-HOUSE BRIEFING & CONTRACT SIGNING - Workers are briefed on their job responsibilities and other matters relevant to their employment. The terms of employment are explained and questions answered.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION - Thai law requires workers to attend a government sponsored orientation class and other exit formalities. Grerks Thai arranges everything.
FINAL DEPARTURE - Workers are provided with travel uniforms and escorted to the airport where all exit formalities are handled.
