Candidates are given a variety of tests in accordance with Grerks Thai standard recruitment procedures, job specification and employer's instructions. Examples of candidate testing includes:

  • Trade Skill Proficiency
  • Physical Fitness
  • Eyesight & Colour Blindness
  • IQ & Character Profile
  • Foreign Language Ability
  • Mathematical & Comprehension Skills

Candidates failing to pass the minimum requirement are segregated. Candidate test results are taken into consideration in the final selection decision-making process.

All candidates are interviewed individually to assess not only their character & job suitability but other factors such as adaptability to living in a foreign work environment and ability to understand work instructions and perform their job duties with minimum supervision.
